Staking is the primary value accrual strategy of ROME, stakers stake their ROME to earn rebase rewards. The rebase rewards come from the proceeds from bond sales therefore minting ROME against the protocol's risk-free value (RFV).

Rome will own most of its own liquidity just like in Olympus and not worry about incentivizing liquidity providers, earn fees and guaranteed liquidity for participants. This is also done in a unique way that is gamifying DeFI through quests, character build up through your wallet and earn NFTs when completion of the campaign.

When RomeDAO was announced curious DAO members aped into the discord and began contributing especially in Policy Forum offering guidance navigating the Moonriver and Kusama ecosystem and when sub-DAOs i.e houses were being formulated, the Dotsama spirit lightened and suggestions to have Moonriver/Kusama house emerged and days later got formally proposed. House of Chaos is home to Dotsama natives and anyone with an affinity for the Kusama and Polkadot ecosystems. Our mission is to support Rome's deepening ties to the existing Kusama, Polkadot and Moonriver communities. Founders of the House were members of ChaosDAO but the sub-dao has maintained an open policy to attract mainly Dotsama community and any member of RomeDAO. 

Chaos DAO is a community of Kusama and Polkadot enthusiasts who formed a group to share information, members of the DAO have unique personalities, range of knowledge and interests within the ecosystem thus the popular term to describe it as a 'multi APE protocal'. 
The DAO now includes various project team members, creators and contributors sharing ideas, discussions, opportunities, games and sometimes great alpha. 

The Dotsama community are direct stakeholders of this platform having crowdloaned their Kusama to bring to life parachains and some of us live and breathe Kusama therefore through our house we will be helping grow Moonriver into a thriving blockchain and leveraging existing Kusama tools from various blockchains within the ecosystem when all systems are launched and functioning as we believe there is so much potential.

The House boasts of great minds, with skills and ability to craft ideas, advice, organize and even build. We also help forge relationships between RomeDAO team and Kusama developers and project leaders. Community is what will bolster this growth, and we take great pride of each Chaosi and their respective contribution so far. One fact is that we’ve had weeks of leading with the highest number of recruits in the campaign. 
Our recent alliance with House Moonsama also proves our dedication to create a cohesive and diverse community.
