Because of the frequent update of the XCM version, right now the progress of multiple parachains in confirming versions and docking and debugging XCM seems relatively slow.  Karura and Bifrost are the only interoperable at the moment, when we will se more interoperability? Is up to a defined XCM version or to the developers? Thanks

* We have seen Substrate educational material rump up over the last few months, and in Sub0 there were some comments in regards to the possibility of an official Substrate education, any more information on this?   
* While there's a lot of educational material, there seems to be space for an introductory live-course, is there anything on the works on this regard?   
* What are some of the usecases for parachains that you feel are still missing, or that could potentially be built in the future in polkadot or Kusama?
