Proposal: Brave on Polkadot

Together with Parity Technnologies, Plasm Network team submitted proposals that leverage Substrate, Polkadot, and Plasm ecosystem to implement Brave browser’s THEMIS, a protocol to decentralize the Brave Ads infrastructure.
