On October 20, Jessi E. participated in BinanciansVN AMA session to introduce ZeroHybrid - the first trusted computing project based on ARM chipset.

Jessi is the CEO of ZeroHybrid and she was very excited to meet our Binancians as well as share more about their upcoming features & development strategies.

Below is a summary of the outstanding questions and answers from the AMA session.

1. Where can I buy your tokens right now, what is your current contract and how can I buy them? Will you have any other DeFI features like staking, yield farm or NFT in the future?

Jessi:

We have just launched on MEXC since 1 hour ago, you can check out the link below for more details. We are definitely thinking of having more features in the future but that will be determined based on our product development first and our user's needs.

2. What is the most unique thing ZeroHybrid brings to the blockchain community? How is it better than other platforms?

Jessi:

In the digital economy, ZeroHybrid Network’s trusted computing solution may solve the problem of data isolation and data circulation. ZeroHybrid Network is targeted in providing solutions for the following problems. First is trusted computing resources, second is on-chain computing and third is storage resources.

3. One of the products of ZeroHybrid is “Hybrid Blockchain Network”, which is a “mix of mobile, desktop, server, and professional miners”. Can you tell us more about this and how is it possible? What are the benefits users get from this compared to traditional blockchain?

Jessi:

ZeroHybrid uses a hybrid architecture to enable mobile services at the same time other devices using ARM processors can also participate in the contribution of computing power. With ZeroHybrid, each trusted computing task and provider's activity will be recorded on the blockchain, and computing power will be rewarded with tokens that are mined during the computation.

4. You create a $Zero token as your native token, but could you explain a little about your token? I want to know about the $Zero token use case in your platform also how about the governance system?

Jessi:

ZHT will have a couple of utility functions,

1. Obtain trusted computing resources: ZHT is used for settlement for trusted computing power purchases, on-chain resources, and on-chain data storage within Zero-Hybrid Network.
2. Data transaction fees: ZHT is the legal settlement currency for data transactions in the Zero-Hybrid ecosystem.
3. Community governance: holders of a certain amount of ZHT have the right to participate in Zero-Hybrid community governance and voting.
4. Payment for other services: ZHT will also be used for the settlement of other applications or services in the Zero-Hybrid ecosystem.

5. I read that ZeroHybrid smart contracts do not rely on consensus algorithms, each contract only runs in one TEE, which allows Smart Contracts to be executed in parallel in the network. How will this benefit your user community? What mechanisms allow you to achieve this?

Jessi:

ZeroHybrid adopts a consensus mechanism named PoA, which will elect a Leader on the network. Election rules are based on the VCU ability offered by a miner, that is, utilizes the verifiability of proof, and are based on valid ALT numbers to confirm Leader. The leader miner will produce the current block. Proof-of-Activity (PoA) combines the PoW and PoS protocols, which means that participants can mine or lay down a share to validate the blocks. So, the PoA protocol provides a balance between miners and ordinary members of the network.

6. Who are your competitors in the market and what makes you ahead of them? And Incase if you don't have direct competitors, then how will you maintain a good market share?

Jessi:

There are many existing projects in the field of trusted computing. The ZeroHybrid team analyzed the market situation by combining its own technical characteristics and found that the existing trusted computing solutions are all closed and backward, and these solutions lack foresight in the future. ZeroHybrid team finally adopts the method of blockchain and ARM chip to build the trusted computing blockchain. Focusing on the future, ARM computing power becomes the guarantee of trusted computing, and the interconnected ecology of everything is combined with trusted computing.

7. Can you list 1-3 killer features of your project that makes it ahead of its competitors? What is the competitive advantage your platform has that you feel most confident about?

Jessi:

Most of the computations on the current internet are un-trusted due to there being no policy or schema to ensure the processes of computation are correctly executed because everything is centralized in the web 2.0 age. With the help of Blockchain technology and the widely spread TEE-based chipsets, we can construct the world on trusted computation based on ZeroHybrid Network.

8. Blockchain technology hasn't even accounted for 1% of the worldwide market. What is required to bring the other 99 percent of individuals into space? So, my question is: What is ZERO HYBR/D doing to make Blockchain technology more widely accepted and usable?

Jessi:

Our vision is to form a world-class and universal trusted computing protocol network in the future. ZeroHybrid is a hybrid trusted computing network built for mobile devices. There are about 4 billion mobile devices in the world, and we want to make sure that our ecosystem takes that into account. We also take a lot of time to improve the user experience so that our applications can be used easily by anyone. One of our main goals is to bring useful utilities and to solve real-world problems, in a way that is economically viable for the project and to sustain our growth. We are not a project with no real ambition apart from being a tradable asset. We really want to become a sustainable business with products that could change the future.

Jessi:

We have gathered a strong group of early supporters who plan to contribute to the long-term success of ZeroHybrid Network. 4. Which feature of ZeroHybrid is most likely to become a core competitiveness in the future? What is the future development direction of ZeroHybrid? Which area is preferred?

Jessi:

Current projects that are similar to ours are based on Intel SGX solution and are limited by Intel's chip production, while the TEA Project is based on Amazon Nitro which adopts PM2.0, both of which are limited by technology giants. ZeroHybrid uses an ARM solution, which is not limited to a hardware manufacturer and has more choice of hardware.

5. Can you tell me why investors should invest long-term in ZeroHybrid Network ? What role does the ZHT have in the ZeroHybrid Network ecosystem?

Jessi:
