Note that although asset rates are set manually in this referendum, in the future the asset conversion pallet can update these rates autonomously.

Referendum 373, proposing to upgrade the Kusama relay chain to runtime 1.2.0 on 18 April, is now up for vote. https://kusama.polkassembly.io/referenda/373
