Robert Habermeier, one of Polkadot co-founders, created a new proposal to fund the projects that provide tools and codebase for Polkadot. In the shortlist we can find Linux Kernel, Mozilla Foundation, Rust Foundation, and many others. Another proposal is directed towards sponsoring the research of zero-knowledge scaling and the further development of the infrastructure.

Acala finally launched its token! ACA token can be found trading at Gate, Binance, Kucoin and OKX. Also, they had a conference call where they announced the launch of LCDOT and the addition of the EVM functionality to Acala. Acala will soon have its own DAO, AquaDAO, to control and grow its treasury reserve.

It’s worth to mention that the Shiden builders program is growing and now it has more than 100 applications. PromoTeam has partnered with Shiden to help the growth of this initiative, so we’re waiting for developers who want to build on top of Shiden, and we’re ready to give them our full support.
Astar also has a lot of news. They launched the network with the token staking program, they did the partnership with Celer bridge to bring Ethereum and Binance Smart Chain assets to Aster, and they are going to integrate the DIA oracle into the network. Also, the new Octopus Network project will allow bridging assets from Cosmos to Astar, and that’s the first Cosmos integration in the whole Dotsama ecosystem.
