UN-LUX: Takeover Event

Dear Reader,

I would like to thank you in advance for taking the time to go through this post and pitch deck. UN-LUX is an idea that has been a dream of mine for the past 3 years, but due to my limited knowledge as well as resources, I didn’t know how to execute it. The time has finally come to stop thinking and start executing, which is why as of now I am setting the gears in motion.

This is a project which encompasses these fields:

• Multimedial arts
• Real Estate
• Blockchain

We all know that real estate is the highest asset class in the world and at the same time we all know how difficult it is to obtain it, especially in London.

Then again, we all know that the arts are primarily guarded by galleries, fairs and other figures.

What if both of the above would be merged and be utilised to:

• form and bring communities together
• education youth from disadvantaged backgrounds
• unlock untapped commercial values of NFTs + metaverses with real estate
• enabled more individuals to purchase at least fractions of homes
• introduce Kusama and Polkadot projects to the general public

Well, that’s what UN-LUX will aim to do.

I will be selling all of my artworks through RMRK as NFTs to fund the first 3 months of operations of the collective, once these have been sold the company will be registered as an LTD and we’ll carry on as per roadmap. Blockchain is pretty transparent so you will know if I sold something or not.

And now to the important bit, we are hosting 5x events in London:

The full finances required have not been calculated yet, however, if someone is willing to help with these I am happy to offer NFTs as bounties.
