Update: PINK Airdrop for Phala Network

As stated in Referendum No. 693, the distribution of the $PINK airdrop to the lucky $PHA holders could be at risk if a solution is not found.

The vote in favour of this referendum is only the first step, the real problem could be the decisional deposit of 100,000 DOT for this kind of request (root).
