LUCKY APES HAVE FUN!

Holding GLMR APES is like holding a lottery ticket! Sunday is your lucky day!

As you might know, GLMR APES transferred half of the original sales to a community wallet. This community wallet is staked and also receive half of the royalties on each second-hand sale. The purpose of this fund is to redistribute GLMR to our Happy Apes (NFT holders) through a weekly lottery system.

Each Sunday, half of the royalties and half of the staking rewards (from the community wallet) of the week are redistributed to 9 randomly selected NFT holders during our Live Discord Event.

On top of having the lottery draw, we host a few fun games open to all participants, (such as Apes or Not , Apes do Math etc...) where you can all win some GLMR.

The Live Discord Event also provides a forum for our community. It’s a great time to discuss about the project, ask some questions or just say hello!

As GLMR APES is above all a community project, we welcome all Apes to join and share their thoughts with us!

LONG LIVE THE APEMOCRACY!

Since launch day on January 17th, 2022 GLMR APES worked relentlessly to set up the first Moonbeam DAO.

GLMR APES holders have been invited to join a dedicated Discord section called the Happy Apes Club in order to discuss and share their ideas about the course of the project.

All Happy Apes (NFT holders) can freely give their opinion and make suggestions that are later discussed by a Jungle Council made of the core Team and 5 Wise Apes elected for 3 months.

The Jungle Council, then writes Snapshot proposals that are voted by to all GLMR APES holders.

As of now, our Happy Apes voted on :

• The election of the Wise Apes.
• The organization of the weekly lottery (funding + distribution of the prize pool).
• The creation of a marketing wallet.
• The validation of the Roadmap (staking, 2nd generation NFT and P2E Game).

Having GLMR APES involved in the decision making process is important for a well-functioning Apemocracy.

That’s why, all participants in the first Snapshot vote (opened on 28th January) received a mysterious Bunch Of Bananas NFT as a reward. These tasty fruits will reveal the extent of their true power soon...

ROADMAP : HERE WE GO!

Get your $BANANAS (GLMB) ...

Following the adoption of the Roadmap’s proposal by the community, we have now enabled GLMR APES NFT Staking on our website :

You can now stake your NFT and receive 1 $BANANAS / day / NFT by simply clicking on the staking button on our website : https://www.glmrapes.com/Bananas.html

If you hold multiple GLMR Apes you have the option to stake none, only some or all of your NFTs.

As all Apes know, you can’t both keep your Bananas and eat it!

As long as your GLMR APES remain staked, they are no longer eligible to win the weekly lottery and can’t be listed for sale.

You can easily unstake your NFT after a 48h cooldown period, by simply clicking on the unstake button.

To get 2nd generation NFTs!

In about 40 days, the sales of our second generation NFTs will be open in $BANANAS only for 3 days.

During this 3-days period, anyone with 35 $BANANAS (GLMB) will be able to exchange their tokens for a “free” second generation NFT.

This is why we will work on creating a Liquidity Pool on a DEX in order for people to sell their excess $BANANAS tokens or purchase some extra $Banana to redeem more “free” NFTs.

There will be no limitations in how many 2nd generation NFT you can purchase as long as you have enough $BANANAS to pay for it.

After this 3-days sale in $BANANAS only, we will have two other rounds of sales ( Whitelist and Public) in $GLMR only.

Once the initial staking period is over (after 45 days) , the community will vote on whether to keep or to change the daily staking rewards according to the rarity ranking of their Apes ( Banana Ranking).

Creation and Design of the new collection

As GLMR APES is meant to be a community project, GLMR APES holders will get a say in the design of the second generation NFTs.

Over the next three weeks, Happy Apes will be invited to vote on the name, the type of Art , the types of Apes and even the traits, that they would like to see in the new collection.

The total supply and the public Mint price remain to be determined in the next 2 weeks.

The public sale be open on Sunday April 3rd, 2022.

P2E Game

After the second generation NFT release, we will work on developing a 2D old-school game in which your 2nd generation Ape will need to collect fruits in the jungle.

The details are to be voted by the community, but the basic idea is that you will need to hold a second generation NFT and pay a $BANANA fee in order to play the game!

Each week a GLMR prize pool will be shared among the best players and among some randomly selected players who took part in the game.

As you will need $BANANAS to play, you will either need to get and stake your own GLMR APES NFT and/or to buy $BANANAS on a DEX.

The community will decide on much of the games features and also on how to reward the players.
